Raxid Return & Exchange Policy
When will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver UK Mainland order placed before 2pm within 2-3 working days. We always do our best to meet this aim, but we cannot guarantee the delivery timescale will always be met, for reasons beyond our control.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues:
If you experience any issues with your delivery or it does not arrive within the expected delivery time period, please contact our customer service team on info@raxid.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.
A parcel may arrive later than expected for reason relating to the postal carrier. Once you have notified us, we work with the carrier to resolve problems and ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. We accept no liability for any delay in the delivery of the products ordered.
Returns:
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, however in the event you are unhappy with your product, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days. This means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive the item.
The items must be returned unused, in brand new condition and the original packaging.
If the product is faulty or defective, you can send it back to us so we can take a look at it and determine what went wrong. Goods that are defective or damaged will have be reported to us within 7 days of delivery to our Customer Support team at info@raxid.co.uk
Please use the return form accompanying the product. If your return form has been lost or is missing please click here to download the replacement return form. You’ll need to include this form with your return and then re-package and seal it in the original packaging.
Exchanges:
If you want to exchange, then check the “Exchange” box on the return form, let us know your size/style, and we’ll take care of the rest once the item arrives. If you just need to exchange sizes, don’t worry about returning your armour and/or other items you received with your order.
Refunds:
Once we received the items we will inspect and then notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a refund back to your original payment method. Note that it may take up to 3 to 5 days for your bank or credit card provider to process and send your refund. If you have received a refund confirmation email from us but have not received your refund between 3 to 5 days, please contact your bank or credit card provider for assistance.
Price and Payment:
Prices on Raxid.co.uk are inclusive of V.A.T. at the current rate, but not delivery or insurance charges. Raxid reserves the right to alter prices without notice subject to factors outside of our control.
If Raxid discovers a pricing error between your order being placed and your order being dispatched, we reserve the right to remove the product from sale and inform you accordingly. Should this be the case we will do our best to resolve this issue with you.
Purchase of the Products by the Buyer and passing of title in the goods to the Buyer is subject to payment in full of cleared funds by the Buyer to Raxid UK even where the Products have been dispatched to the Buyer.
Non- or failed-payment by the Buyer for any reason shall terminate the rights of the Buyer in respect of the relevant purchase for which payment has not been received and funds cleared.
When ordering or returning Products from outside of mainland UK, the Buyer will be responsible for any applicable postage charges, import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the Buyer; Raxid has no control over these charges.
Additionally, please note that when ordering from Raxid UK, the Buyer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the Buyer is receiving the Products.
